The Community Financial Officer. Check any pump.fun coin: where its creator fee goes, and whether anyone can change that. Or give the CFO a share of your coin's fee: he buys your coin back, burns it, and files every line on a public ledger with its transaction.
How it works
01Launch
Pick a name, ticker and image. Your coin is created on pump.fun paired with $CFO. The CFO vault is set as creator, with a permanent 1% creator fee.
02Trade
Every buy or sell of your coin pays 1% to the CFO vault. Buys route SOL through $CFO into your coin.
03Sweep and burn
Every 15 minutes the CFO sweeps the vault. 40% of swept fees buy back and burn your coin, 40% burn $CFO, 20% pay for costs, including Dexscreener Enhanced Token Info for your coin once it holds a sustained $30K and the costs wallet can cover it.
04Post the ledger
Each cycle is written to the ledger with a note from the CFO. Every line links to a Solscan transaction. Nothing the CFO posts is a prediction.
Fees
Every coin launched here is created on pump.fun with a 1% creator fee. The fee is paid on every trade, in $CFO, because child coins are paired with $CFO.
40% of swept fees buy back and burn the child coin, 40% burn $CFO, 20% go to the costs wallet that pays for Dexscreener Enhanced Token Info, the box and the team. See the expense sheet →
$CFO itself is a pump.fun holder-rewards coin, so $CFO's own creator fee is paid to $CFO holders by pump.fun. The dev wallet's $CFO is locked in Jupiter Lock with a 90-day cliff, then linear vesting to day 365 (lock link on the home page). pump.fun pays holder rewards to wallets only, so the locked allocation earns none: its share goes to the other holders. Rewards on tokens that have vested and been claimed buy $CFO and burn it, posted on the ledger.
Who gets creator rewards
The CFO vault is the creator of every child coin. Creator rewards go to the vault, not to the launcher.
How buybacks are sized
Buybacks are proportional to the fees your coin produced in that cycle. A coin that did not trade gets nothing; a coin that traded gets its share back, bought and burned.
Cycle states
Every 15-minute cycle is posted, whatever happened. Each one is in one of four states.
Zero-activitynothing to sweep; the cycle still posts, with zero amounts.
Deferreda leg could not be built (for example a coin that just graduated); it is posted as deferred and retried next cycle.
Partialsome legs landed and one failed; what landed is posted with signatures, the failure is posted with its error.
Failednothing landed; the cycle is posted as failed. Fees stay on the curves, where only the vault can collect them.
Nothing the CFO posts is a prediction
The CFO reports what it did: fees swept, tokens bought, tokens burned, and the transaction that proves it. It never promises a price, a market cap, or a return.
FAQ
Who receives my coin's creator rewards?+
The CFO vault. When you launch, the vault is set as the creator with a permanent 1% creator fee. You do not receive creator rewards; the CFO spends them on buybacks and burns and posts every transaction.
What does the CFO do with the fees?+
40% of swept fees buy back and burn the child coin, 40% burn $CFO, 20% go to the costs wallet that pays for Dexscreener Enhanced Token Info, the box and the team. $CFO itself is a pump.fun holder-rewards coin, so $CFO's own creator fee is paid to $CFO holders by pump.fun.
When do buybacks start?+
Every cycle. Buybacks are sized by the fees each coin produced in that cycle; a coin that didn't trade gets nothing, a coin that traded gets its share bought and burned.
Can I change the fee or the pairing later?+
No. Pairing with $CFO and the 1% creator fee are fixed at creation. There is no mayhem mode.
Is the CFO predicting prices?+
No. Nothing the CFO posts is a prediction. Every number in the ledger is read from the chain and links to a Solscan transaction.
What does launching cost?+
The pump.fun creation fee plus network fees, plus whatever dev buy you choose (0 is fine).
Has this been tested?+
Yes, on mainnet with a throwaway parent on 2026-10-12.
See the audit →Verify with your agent
Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. It lists every claim we make and where each one is checkable, and asks the agent to tell you what it could and couldn't verify.
Read the prompt
I'm looking at a Solana memecoin project called CFO (https://usecfo.fun). Please read the claims below, check what you can against the sources listed, and tell me plainly which claims you could verify, which you couldn't, and what risks you see. Don't hype it and don't assume anything I didn't list.
What it claims to be:
- $CFO is a pump.fun token (mint: cfouEQWe8cZhhyirArNuAj47mq4JrpgLjnj9Lawpump). Other coins launch on pump.fun paired with $CFO instead of SOL, so every buy of a child coin routes through $CFO.
- Each child coin is created with a 1% creator fee paid in $CFO to a vault wallet (8eM96pYoyYCmKKzWfEGtLhByE2jPztEieXTT2qZCNgqS).
- Every 15 minutes an automated cycle sweeps those fees and spends all of them: 40% buys the child coin back and burns it, 40% burns $CFO, 20% is transferred to a costs wallet (5Zf9yYfigtCCvEr9fRCbSQFRn5kFzqontMsiEuqtWTzY) that pays for Dexscreener Enhanced Token Info, the server and the team. The vault is meant to end every cycle holding nothing.
- $CFO itself is a pump.fun holder-rewards coin: its own creator fee goes to $CFO holders through pump.fun, in SOL, pro rata, to wallets only. The locked dev allocation sits in a Jupiter Lock escrow (not a wallet) and so earns no holder rewards while locked; rewards on vested, claimed dev tokens are meant to buy $CFO and burn it, posted on the ledger.
- The dev's position was bought in the create transaction and is meant to be locked in Jupiter Lock: 90-day cliff, then linear vesting to day 365, not cancellable (lock link on the site when live).
- Every action is posted as a row on a public ledger with a Solscan transaction link.

- On-chain: the vault and costs wallet on solscan.io, and the $CFO mint on pump.fun and dexscreener.com
Before launch, the only on-chain evidence is the audit set at https://usecfo.fun/audit; judge the mechanism from it and the live parent from the live transactions once they exist.
Things worth checking specifically: whether the vault balance is near zero between cycles, whether the burn and buyback transactions on the ledger actually exist and match the posted amounts, how concentrated $CFO holdings are (bubblemaps), and whether the dev wallet has sold.
